[FLINK-3194] Remove standalone web client
The JAR upload and submit functionality is now integrated into the
JobManager web interface.
This also addresses implicitly FLINK-2370 and FLINK-2657 (fix and cleanup
web frontend / CLI client interaction)
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
