The current default value for
`ExecutionCheckpointingOptions#ENABLE_UNALIGNED` is still false. But in
`StreamTask#beforeInvoke` the channel state recovery is only called when
enabling unaligned mode. So ATM we still need this explicit setting for making
the test through.
