## What is the purpose of the change
This PR add Application Mode support to Yarn. For more details on
Application Mode, see FLIP-85. The individual commits describe in more detail
the changes, which have mainly to do with additions, rather than changes in
behaviour.
## Brief change log
* Adds a new Cluster EntryPoint, the `YarnApplicationClusterEntryPoint`.
## Verifying this change
* Given that it adds a new entrypoint, the added unit tests (mainly in the
`ApplicationDispatcherBootstrapTest`) only partially test the PR there will be
an e2e test added soon.
