Resolution: Duplicate
Flink 0.10.0 added a new web dashboard which shows record counts at operator
level.
This makes this issue a duplicate of FLINK-766 which is about adding statistics
about data sources and processed input splits.
[~stefano.bortoli] Please reopen this issue if you think that the remaining
part of this issue is not covered by FLINK-766. Thanks!
