## What is the purpose of the change
Introduce configuration for pool size of io-executor for ClusterEntrypoint
and MiniCluster
## Brief change log
Add `cluster.io-executor.pool-size` option to let the pool size of
io-executor for ClusterEntrypoint and MiniCluster could be configurable. The
default behavior would still use the cpu cores of the hardware which the JVM
access to.
## Verifying this change
This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
