## What is the purpose of the change
All methods of Table (and related classes like e.g. GroupedTable) that
expect expressions as a String were deprecated in favor of the
Expression DSL counterparts. This commit also removes majority of the
usages of the deprecated methods. The remaining methods explicitly test
the behavior of parsing/converting the String DSL.

All existing tests should pass
