## What is the purpose of the change
Set the resource id of taskexecutor according to environment variable if
exist in standalone mode.
## Brief change log
Allow user to set the resource id of taskexecutor according to environment
variable if exist in standalone mode.
The relevant env variable is "FLINK_STANDALONE_TASK_EXECUTOR_ID".
## Verifying this change
It could be verified manually.
- `bin/jobmanager.sh start`
- `FLINK_STANDALONE_TASK_EXECUTOR_ID=taskManager-1 bin/taskmanager.sh`
