@kl0u All the tests have passed. I am not aware of other issues. +1 for
merging when azure passes.
* The provided lib works as expected
* Avoid unnecessary uploading and downloading(via public cache).
* Exception will be thrown when `flink-dist` is not included.
* The remote user jar works as expected.
* The old ship way works as expected.
