Description:
Refactor the documentation about the docker usage with Flink.
It should mostly rely on the [official docker
image|https://github.com/apache/flink-docker],
The new docker documentation focuses on how to use the official docker image and
extend it to run in different modes to deploy a session or job cluster in
various container environments
(plain docker, docker compose, docker swarm and kubernetes).
