Hey Till something went might have gone wrong in the merging of this commit.
If you look at [the parameter description on master
|https://github.com/apache/flink/blob/master/flink-libraries/flink-ml/src/main/scala/org/apache/flink/ml/classification/SVM.scala#L118]
it still says "Default value 0" instead of "Random Long Integer" which makes
it confusing.
