You could also [mount a volume to
'/opt/flink/conf'|https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-master/ops/deployment/docker.html#provide-custom-configuration]
(1st option) with custom configuration flies: logging, flink-conf.yaml etc.
