[~twalthr]In my opinion, I prefer use the new format for `Row` type. In my pull
request https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/12246, return value of method
`collect()` in `TableResult` need this. And I have interest in apply this issue
for implementation of `collect()` in `TableResult` for python api.
