## What is the purpose of the change
fix the bug of ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException in AppendOnlyTopNFunction
## Brief change log
- *fix the bug of ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException in AppendOnlyTopNFunction*
- *fix the bug of currentTopNum will always increase even remove retired
element in AppendOnlyTopNFunction#processElementWithoutRowNumber method*
