I already have a branch for this one. [~fly_in_gis] and [~Echo Lee] I think
that the {{setLogConfigFileInConfig}} should go to the
{{YarnClusterClientFactory.createClusterDescriptor()}} and remove it from
anywhere else, so that we do not spread it everywhere in the codebase.
