## What is the purpose of the change
* This pull request try to fix unstable UnsignedTypeConversionITCase which
use `mariadb4j`
## Brief change log
- Bump test dependency `mariadb-java-client` from version 2.3.0 to 2.5.3
which fix a few notable bugs [mariadb-java-client release
note](https://mariadb.com/kb/en/mariadb-connector-j-release-notes/), and the
lower version may cause the test stability issue.

This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
