Manually test with PostgreSQL version 12:
Test use/show/describe/tableExits/databaseExists. [*PASSED*]
Test read/write from/to PostgreSQL table in sql-client. [*PASSED*]
Test read array/serial type data.[*PASSED*]
Note : sql-client read array<ARRAY<DECIMAL(38, 18)> because a known issue
