[~shengsheng] I'm afraid it's not so easy to do as current Flink treats state
as single thread, you could refer to
[FLINK-13072|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-13072]. Changing this
behavior would make great change to current structure and might lead to
performance issue.
