Description:
The run-nightly-tests.sh used to be (and can somehow, even though not advised)
be used to run all nightly tests locally. Defacto, the script is only used by
the CI system, and it has already some CI specific code in it.
The goal of this ticket is to generalize the script, removing all Azure
specific stuff from it, and locate it in the 'tools/ci' directory.
We should also revisit how the java e2e tests are invoked there.
