I actually think we should only keep the universal Kafka connector and just
remove the other versions. Starting from 0.10.2, Kafka clients can negotiate
protocol with brokers of version 0.10+. So keeping 0.10 and 0.11 connector does
not really provide any additional values now.
[~jackylau] what is your Kafka broker version. Can you just use one version of
Kafka connector?
