Attached 4 log files. I've simulated the situation when the job manager leader
was down(*job_manager_old_leader.log*). And then 2 task managers try to
register at the new job manager leader(*new_job_manager_leader.log*). The first
task manager(*tm1.log*) managed to register but the second one(*tm2.log*)
didn't and as a result task manager restarted after timeout reached. After
several restarts of pod task manager will be registered

> I'm testing zetcd + session jobs in k8s. Have 2 job managers and 2

> manager leader, task managers not always can register itself at the new
