I saw the guide book, which is very detailed, but there is a question, which
branch of Flink I need to clone, is it 1.11-release? the guide book explain
that I need to translate the file is under the docs document, but I saw that
there is also a hierarchical relationship in it. The basic URL I see on this
issue. Should there be an equivalent English MD file on git, put it in the same
directory, like ZH MD on which path, and then submit it to you for review?
