Sorry for the late review.
The PR looks good. I only had some comments concerning the implementation
of the initialization schemes and the way centroids are represented. It would
also be nice to add online documentation for the algorithm. See
`docs/libs/ml/`. Once these things are addressed, this PR can be merged.
If nobody wants to actively work on this PR, I can take it over as well.
