After a roughly scan of flink Chinese translation docs, most of them do not
have anchor links, might not used. I will double check it later if any time.
Anyway, file event_driven.zh.md with title Side Outputs should be fixed. I'm
willing to do this , [~klion26] if you can assign the task to me?
