Thank you for starting the discussion. I think {{@Internal}} annotation is a
very weak contract, and they are located in the same package with other
Supports interfaces, for most of users, they will think of it as public
interface. Besides, I think this is not a special interface for Hive and
Filesystem. I believe many other systems do have the same requirements.
