I think it would be easy to support lookup for filesystem connector, because
the code can be shared between Hive lookup source and this one. Besides, we
supports lookup for the legacy CsvTableSource, if we want to remove the legacy
one, we have to support this feature. Otherwise, it is a feature regression.
