## What is the purpose of the change
Added configuration details of each TaskManager to the TaskManager's REST
endpoint.
## Brief change log
- The data is extracted from the configuration provided to the TaskExecutor
during initialization.
- A new POJO TaskExecutorMemoryConfiguration is added.
- A test for extracting the right information out of the configuration is
added.
## Verifying this change
A new test was added covering random values but also default values for each
configuration parameter. Additionally, that change was verified manually on a
local standalone cluster accessing the REST endpoint for one TaskManager.
