[~trohrmann] [~rmetzger] Thanks for the reply. FYI, currently we make several
changes to fix this:
1. Return CompletableFuture in {{finalizeOnMaster}}.
2. Provide dispatcher's io executor to users so that users can use the executor
to do the HDFS disk IO.
