## What is the purpose of the change
* This pull request import both `first row` and `last row` deduplicate
operator on row time. This PR also support deduplicate in `mini-batch` mode.
## Brief change log
- import `RowTimeDeduplicateKeepFirstRowFunction` to support deduplicate
with first row
- import `RowTimeDeduplicateKeepLastRowFunction` to support deduplicate
with last row
- import `RowTimeMiniBatchDeduplicateKeepFirstRowFunction` to support
deduplicate with first row in min-batch mode
- import `RowTimeMiniBatchDeduplicateKeepLastRowFunction` to support
deduplicate with last row in min-batch mode
## Verifying this change
* Add plan test in `DeduplicateTest.scala`
* Add operator harness test in:
`RowTimeDeduplicateKeepFirstRowFunctionTest.java`
`RowTimeDeduplicateKeepLastRowFunctionTest.java`
`RowTimeMiniBatchDeduplicateKeepFirstRowFunctionTest.java`
`RowTimeMiniBatchDeduplicateKeepLastRowFunctionTest.java`
* Add Deduplicate ITCase in `DeduplicateITCase.scala`
* Add ITCase for Temporal Join with a view which contains a Deduplicate
query in `TemporalJoinITCase.scala`
