hi，[~kkl0u] in my application，only has one execute().
My requirement is that I need to use the same flink cluster to submit jobs in
different modes, (yarn session mode, application mode), for yarn session mode,
I need to confiigure the HA , but on application mode, it will be lead to a
error , The flink job id will be 00000000000000000000000000000000
