Resolution: Duplicate
I close this issue in favor of FLINK-14615 which covers the topic of this issue
and a bit more. Additionally, this ticket and the parent ticket are quite old
and might contain out-dated information. Hence, I consider restarting the
effort to add this feature with FLINK-14615 is the better way.
