## What is the purpose of the change & Brief change log
- Introduce createBucketWriter to BucketsBuilder: Compaction operator
depends on BucketWriter to write compacted file.
- Introduce FileLifeCycleListener to Buckets: Compaction operator depends on
this to compact files in downstream operator
