It seems like the JobID is mostly useful for easily figuring out that 2 
executions belong to different jobs. What if the ExecutionGraph itself were to 
had an ID, which we use instead of the JobID? Then all executions for a job 
attempt have the same random part, but they still differ after JM failovers.
