   @wuchong , yes, I see FLINK-19291.
   Before FLINK-19291, recordName maybe repeated,  I think it can be fixed by 
the `6a7afb7` commit.

   After FLINK-19291, when use convertToSchema in debeziumAvroDeSer and 
debeziumAvroSer, the fieldName and the recordName is wrong.
