I am not the best with writing documentation. I'd ask [~sjwiesman] what he
thinks.
Some of the points that I am clearly missing:
* stating that one is for batch the other for streaming (is it really though?
the Hive streaming has also streaming/non-streaming mode:

* what is the difference between the reading/writing from "Hive Read & Write"
and "Hive Streaming"
* I would definitely appreciate if everything about reading/writing was in a
single place, not scattered into two pages without cross linking
* lastly I can't see any value in the "Hive Read & Write". It just states a few
rather standard SQL statements.
* I don't like the artificially bloated sections in the "Hive Read & Write"
that could be e.g. translated into a single list of supported features. E.g.
{code}
Hive connector supports:
* limit pushdown
* partition pruning
* projection pushdown
* formats such as: ORC, Parquet, ...
