Executed Throughput job of perf-test on pre rc2 master with aligned and
unaligned checkpoints. Encountered FLINK-20267 during setup on EMR. With the
respective workaround everything ran without surprises.
Compared results with 1.11.2 - everything looks unsuspicious. Checkpoint
duration was better in 1.12 under heavy backpressure but throughput was
marginally lower (most likely caused by more checkpoints in the 10 min).
