The following APIs have been tested, and most of them are functioning well.

|assign_timestamp_and_watermark|
|partition_custom|
|add_sink|
|StreamExecutionEnvironment|
|from_collection|
|execute_async|
|add_source|
|add_python_file|
|set_python_requirement|
|set_python_archive|
|set_python_executable|
These two APIs do not work as expected:
|add_jars|
|add_classpaths|
