I have not been able to reproduce the issue with 1.11.2 or 1.12 so far. That
said, chances are that this is requires very specific timing.
Ideally we'll spend more time reproducing the issue; if this does occur it
would be good to figure out why, if anything to ensure it is truly no longer
present in 1.12 .
