Thank you for checking out the PR @rmetzger! Great to see it working in a
cluster environment with Task Manager failures. I didn't add anything to the
documentation (apart from JavaDocs) because this is an internal feature. It
shouldn't affect the user apart form config parameters. I agree that these have
to be documented exhaustively.
