The problem lies in the {{JsonRowFormatFactory#supportedFormatProperties}}
forgets to include {{JsonValidator.FORMAT_IGNORE_PARSE_ERRORS}}.
So the fix should be very simple and we can add a test to verify this in
{{JsonRowFormatFactoryTest}}.
