Description: InputDependencyConstraint was used by legacy scheduler and
lazy-from-sources scheduling strategy. It is no longer needed since both legacy
scheduler and lazy-from-sources are removed. We can remove it as well as
InputDependencyConstraintChecker. (was: InputDependencyConstraint was used by
legacy scheduler and lazy-from-sources scheduling strategy. It is not needed
anymore since both legacy scheduler and lazy-from-sources are removed. Hence we
can remove it, as well as InputDependencyConstraintChecker.)
