BTW, [~Vow] FLINK-11937 is not merged yet, did you mean your private Flink
repo, which involved FLINK-11937, meet the data lost problem. And what kind of
bug is that? Moreover, I think previous PR of FLINK-11937 is not compatible
with release-1.12, did you really meet the exception at release-1.12?
