NOTE TO USERS LOOKING FOR FLINK 1.12 DOCKER IMAGES:
They are available here: https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/flink
The image is available as "apache/flink" instead of "flink".
Running "docker run -it apache/flink:1.12 jobmanager" starts a JobManager
