Maybe the log4j.properties under your $FLINK_HOME/conf(on the client side) is
not correctly set. This causes the logs in the webUI is empty.
I tried to reproduce this situation with version 1.11.2. But unfortunately, the
application could finish normally. Could you also share the submission command?
