[~AHeise] I have attached the code snippet where all the operators is
associated with the uids for your reference. You can let me know if something i
am doing is wrong. I have specified manual uids for all the operators with
a,b,...z for testing purpose and seems the issue is still there. The uid
specified for the flatMap() is jobname which is same for both flink 1.11.2 as
well as 1.9. So, you can consider them as a static hardcoded value itself.
