As discussed with Stephen last time, I planed to verify this IT case by
re-launch multi times to see whether this problem could be repeated for several
runs, and treat it as passed if not meet in most runs. The reason why we choose
to do is because we cannot avoid this OOM problem totally due to implementation
of RocksDB and we think this problem should not happen easily.
I will update this IT case recently, and thanks for your reminder.
