To simplify the usage of the docker image where users manually call _some 
script(s)_ of the distribution it would be neat if the bin/ directory were 
added to PATH.

For example, you could then do a quick test run of a job via
{code}
docker run ... start.cluster.sh;flink run examples/batch/Wordcount.sh
{code}
