## What is the purpose of the change
*This pr aims to support StreamExecCalc json serialization/deserialization.
now we can get json plan for sql like: select a, b from MyTable where c > 0,
and execute the json plan.*
## Brief change log
- *LogicalType's serializer and deserializer should consider empty
Char/VarChar/Binary/VarBinary*
- *Support RexNode and RelDataType json serialization/deserialization*
- *Support StreamExecCalc json serialization/deserialization*
