We still have the issue of the name. I don't like to have "lateness" in the
name, as "lateness" so far refers to either events coming behind watermarks
(nothing to do with watermark generator), or event time being late with respect
to processing time.
In that sense, I still think `BoundedOutOfOrderness` would be a better name.
Other comment: Would be nice to retain a deprecated version of the
`AscendingTimestampExtractor` in its original place (stub that extends to
relocated copy) in order to not break user code.
