I do not think the environment variable "MY_POD_IP" will substituted in the
config map. Instead, I think you need to add it the the args. For application
cluster, the args could be {{args: ["standalone-job", "--job-classname",
"org.apache.flink.streaming.examples.statemachine.StateMachineExample",
"--host", "$(MY_POD_IP)"]}}. And for session cluster, the args could be {{args:
["jobmanager", "$(MY_POD_IP)]}}.
