The 'Generating Watermarks' documentation page has examples on 'Periodic
WatermarkGenerator' and 'Punctuated WatermarkGenerator'.
The Java examples implement the class 'WatermarkGenerator', whereas the Scala
examples extend the 'AssignerWithPeriodicWatermarks'. Both examples should be
using 'WatermarkGenerator' which is the correct class for the example.
